Any reproduction, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and would constitute infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Personal data
Processing of personal data collected by RankIt is described in detail in the Privacy Policy available at playrankit.com/en/privacy. To exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent), write to [email protected] with your deviceId (visible in Settings → About).
In-app purchases
In-app purchases (RankIt+) are sold by Apple Inc. via the App Store and by Google LLC via the Google Play Store. Apple and Google therefore appear as the seller on the receipt; RankIt receives a commission after their fees. Any refund request must be addressed directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory).
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Reporting illegal content
Under Article 6-I-5 of the French LCEN Act, any content you consider illegal can be reported to [email protected]. Please include: the date of observation, a precise description of the content, its location in the app (mode, room code, screen) and the reason invoked. Manifestly abusive reports may engage the criminal liability of their author under Articles 226-10 and following of the French Criminal Code.
