Report a bug or crash
So we can reproduce and fix it quickly, please include in your message:
- your RankIt version (Settings → About);
- your device model and iOS / Android version;
- what you were doing just before the bug (screen, action);
- a screenshot or a short video if possible.
RankIt+ subscription and purchases
To manage your subscription (cancel, change plan, restore):
- iOS: Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → RankIt+.
- Android: Play Store → profile menu → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → RankIt+.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google: - iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
If RankIt+ does not restore after a reinstall, open the app, go to Settings → RankIt+ → "Restore purchases", then contact us if the issue persists.
Your data and rights
RankIt collects the bare minimum (random deviceId, pseudo, preferences, purchases). You can request access, rectification or full deletion of your data by writing to [email protected] with your deviceId (visible in Settings → About).

Report inappropriate content
During a game, long-press on the question or pseudo concerned to open the report menu. Content reported repeatedly is hidden automatically and reviewed manually. For an urgent or sensitive report, email us directly at [email protected].
Minors
RankIt is intended for users aged 13 and over (16 in certain EU countries). If you are a parent and want to report an account or request deletion of data concerning a minor, contact us at [email protected].
